The leaders of the weight loss company has its focus on American stars Gabourey Sidibe for next season.

They want the stars obese to take their health seriously - and use their products to weight loss.

AcaiSupply.com officials offer the actress for a year supply of goods, in exchange for an endorsement - if you lose weight.

In a letter to Sidibe by TMZ.com, the CEO of the company won wrote: "The only way to win his goal of one day that Oscar is still active to get fit, and above all good health!

The offer comes just days after Sidibe, praised the fun of fast food on the red carpet at the Oscars, Satellite Sports collision was on the daily Radio Howard Stern Show aligned.

Stern invited the actress to seek help for obesity, and called it "the most large, bold black chicken I've ever seen."

His comments generated debate in the United States means the mother of actress Jessica Simpson and both public and ovens Stern for his comments.
